A Facilities Master Plan (FMP) is a complex, long-range road map that will guide the physical development of our District over the next 5 to 10 years. It develops long-range strategies for the orderly growth and transformation of our school sites in support of the AUHSD Strategic Plan and initiatives. Initiatives with emphasis on 21st century learning skills and learning environments will be the focus of the project team.
The FMP will be utilized to develop a list of prioritized capital projects while providing the direction needed to make sound financial decisions regarding the upkeep of current facilities and the development of new ones. Our goal is to provide for a safe, secure, accessible, and sustainable future while decreasing operating costs.
